1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PureHarvest Organics website and all purchases made through it. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer") and PureHarvest Organics ("PureHarvest", "we", "us", "our").

By visiting our website, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use this website or make purchases from us.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between us.

2. About PureHarvest

PureHarvest Organics is an Indian food and wellness brand established in 2018, sourcing raw forest honey, single-origin coffee, wild dry fruits, and forest spices from indigenous tribal communities of Araku Valley, Eastern Ghats, Andhra Pradesh, India.

3. Products

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, weights, and images on our website are accurate and up to date. However, natural food products may vary slightly in colour, texture, crystallisation, and flavour between batches due to seasonal and geographic variation — this is a hallmark of authentic, unprocessed products and not a defect.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance, including packaging, may differ slightly from images shown on the website. We reserve the right to update or modify product descriptions and images without prior notice.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Because we source single-origin, seasonally harvested products, certain varieties may be limited in stock or temporarily unavailable between harvest seasons. We will endeavour to display accurate stock availability on the product listings.

If a product you have ordered is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and offer either a full refund or the option to wait for the next available stock. We will not substitute products without your explicit consent.

FSSAI Compliance

All PureHarvest products are manufactured, stored, and distributed in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and regulations issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Our FSSAI license number is displayed on all product packaging.

4. Pricing & GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. No additional taxes will be added at checkout for domestic India orders.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout — not the price at the time you added the item to your cart.

For international orders (where available), prices may be displayed in INR and will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate applied by your payment provider at the time of the transaction. Additional import duties, customs charges, or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Orders

Placing an Order

By completing checkout and submitting payment, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. An order confirmation email sent to your registered email address constitutes acceptance of your order by PureHarvest and forms a binding contract between us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or where we are unable to verify payment. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of placing your order. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it. If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at support@pureharvest.com.

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email support@pureharvest.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned as per our Refund Policy.

For subscription orders, cancellation rules are governed by Section 9 below.

6. Payment

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for Indian customers:

• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps)
• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
• Debit cards (all major Indian banks)
• Net banking (all major Indian banks)
• Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, and others via Razorpay)
• No-cost EMI (on eligible cards — subject to bank availability)

Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway authorised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We do not store, process, or transmit your payment credentials on our servers. Razorpay's terms and privacy policy govern the processing of your financial data.

Payment Failure

If your payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. Any amount debited from your account during a failed transaction will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing timelines. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be emailed to you upon successful payment. This invoice will reflect the breakdown of product price and applicable GST. Physical invoices are included with all shipped orders.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Full details of our shipping zones, timelines, partners, and policies are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out therein.

Key points: free shipping on all India orders above ₹999; standard delivery within 2–7 business days depending on location; tracking provided for all shipments.

8. Returns & Refunds

Full details of our return eligibility, process, and refund timelines are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out therein.

Key points: 7-day return window from delivery; items must be unused and in original packaging; damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

9. Subscriptions

Overview

PureHarvest offers recurring subscription plans ("Ritual Subscriptions") that deliver curated product selections on your chosen frequency — weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly. Subscriptions are governed by these Terms in addition to any specific terms presented at the time of subscription sign-up.

Billing

Subscription charges are billed in advance at the start of each delivery cycle. By subscribing, you authorise PureHarvest (via Razorpay) to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You will receive a reminder email at least 3 days before each charge.

Pause & Skip

You may pause or skip a delivery at any time through your account dashboard, provided you do so at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Changes made within 48 hours of billing may not take effect until the following cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. If you cancel within 48 hours of billing, the charge for that cycle will proceed and the products will be dispatched; cancellation will take effect from the following cycle.

To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription, or email support@pureharvest.com.

Modifications

You may modify your product selection, delivery address, or delivery frequency at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect in the current cycle.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice by email before any price change takes effect. Your continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Harvest Credits

PureHarvest may, at its discretion, issue store credits ("Harvest Credits") to registered account holders as loyalty rewards, goodwill gestures, or promotional benefits. Harvest Credits are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and may only be redeemed by the account to which they are issued.

Harvest Credits are a feature currently under development. Specific earning rules, expiry terms, and redemption conditions will be communicated when this feature launches. Harvest Credits are available to logged-in account holders only and cannot be used as a guest. PureHarvest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Harvest Credits programme at any time without prior notice.

10. User Accounts

Registration

You may create an account on our website to manage orders, subscriptions, and preferences. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Authentication — Passwordless by Design

PureHarvest uses a passwordless authentication system. You log in using a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. No password is stored — not by us, not in your browser. We consider this a feature, not a limitation: it eliminates the risk of weak passwords, credential stuffing, and account takeovers through leaked password databases.

Your registered mobile number is the key to your account. You must notify us immediately at support@pureharvest.com if your registered number changes or if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We will never ask you for an OTP over phone, email, or any other channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to us immediately.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Account closure does not affect any outstanding order obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, logos, brand identity, design, layout, and code — is the exclusive property of PureHarvest Organics or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a product link) is permitted.

The PureHarvest name, logo, and taglines are trademarks of PureHarvest Organics. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Design & Development — Arcane Labs

The design, visual interface, user experience, front-end architecture, and codebase of this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Arcane Labs, a technology studio. These elements are licensed to PureHarvest Organics for use on this platform. This licence is non-transferable and does not permit PureHarvest or any third party to reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose the design or codebase outside of this engagement without the prior written consent of Arcane Labs.

AI Features — Arcane Labs Exclusive Technology

Any artificial intelligence features, personalisation engines, recommendation systems, or AI-powered capabilities embedded in or associated with this website are the exclusive proprietary technology of Arcane Labs. These are not licensed to PureHarvest Organics and remain the sole and exclusive property of Arcane Labs. No representation on this website, in marketing materials, or in these Terms constitutes a transfer, licence, or assignment of these AI capabilities to PureHarvest Organics or to any user.

12. Prohibited Uses

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or databases
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any disruptive or harmful software
• Engage in data scraping, automated querying, or harvesting of user data
• Impersonate PureHarvest, its employees, or any other person or entity
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information in any form or order
• Resell products purchased from us without our prior written consent
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes third-party rights

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

This website is designed and maintained to responsible security standards. We take proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, data breaches, and malicious activity targeting our platform, servers, and customer data.

Unauthorised Access

Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website, its servers, databases, or connected systems — including but not limited to probing, scanning, brute force, SQL injection, credential stuffing, session hijacking, or any other form of intrusion — is a criminal offence under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 43, 66, 66C, and 66F) and may additionally constitute an offence under the Indian Penal Code, 1860. PureHarvest will pursue all available civil and criminal remedies without exception.

Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a genuine security vulnerability in our platform, we ask that you report it to us at security@pureharvest.com before any public disclosure. Responsible disclosure is appreciated and will be acknowledged. Any exploitation of a discovered vulnerability — including for demonstration purposes — will be treated as an attack and acted upon accordingly.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or subscription giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PureHarvest Organics, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or any purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

If you are accessing our site from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws to the extent they are applicable.

18. Dispute Resolution

We believe disputes are best resolved through open communication. If you have a concern, we encourage you to contact us first at support@pureharvest.com and allow us the opportunity to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Consumer disputes may also be referred to the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising your statutory rights as a consumer.

19. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers and by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the website or placing of new orders after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our website and services.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
