We ship across India with care. Every PureHarvest order is packed thoughtfully to ensure your products arrive exactly as they left our facility — intact, fresh, and ready for your ritual.
1. Overview
PureHarvest Organics ships all orders directly from our fulfilment facility in Andhra Pradesh, India. We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. International shipping is coming soon.
Orders placed on our website are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Free shipping on all India orders above ₹999. Orders below this threshold attract a flat shipping fee — see Section 3 for details.
2. Shipping Zones
We ship to all 28 states and 8 union territories of India, including remote areas. Delivery timelines vary by zone — see Section 5 for full timeframe details.
Certain remote pin codes (especially in Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, and parts of North-East India) may attract longer delivery timelines or additional shipping charges. If your pin code is in a restricted or difficult-to-reach area, we will notify you before confirming dispatch.
We reserve the right to decline shipping to specific pin codes where reliable delivery cannot be guaranteed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. The charge is based on your delivery pin code.
Subscription orders above ₹999 per cycle always qualify for free shipping. Where a subscription cycle total falls below ₹999, standard shipping charges apply and will be reflected clearly before billing.
4. Order Processing
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed the same day and dispatched the following morning. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment. A separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched from our facility.
Peak Periods
During peak seasons (Diwali, New Year, harvest launch periods, major sale events), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days due to higher order volumes. We will communicate any delays proactively on our website and via email.
Order Modifications
If you need to change your delivery address or modify your order, contact us at support@pureharvest.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are not possible.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch:

These are estimates only and are not guarantees. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control including adverse weather, logistics network disruptions, strikes, and national emergencies. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Saturdays are counted as business days for delivery purposes. Sundays and national public holidays are not.
6. Shipping Partners
We work with a network of trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India. Our primary shipping partners include:
- Delhivery — pan-India coverage, including Tier 2 & 3 cities
- BlueDart — premium express delivery for metros and major cities
- DTDC — wide coverage including remote pin codes
- Ekart Logistics — regional partner for select zones
- India Post — last-mile delivery for remote areas where private carriers do not operate
We automatically select the most appropriate carrier for your location based on pin code, delivery timeline, and product weight. You will be notified of which carrier is handling your order in your shipping confirmation email.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number (AWB number)
- The name of the logistics carrier
- A direct link to track your shipment on the carrier's website
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order at any time by logging into your PureHarvest account and viewing your order history (account system coming soon).
If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 3 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@pureharvest.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
8. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our logistics partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts to your address. Between attempts, a delivery notification (SMS or physical slip) will be left. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be held at the nearest carrier hub for up to 5 days, after which it will be returned to us.
What Happens After Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you by email with two options:
- Re-dispatch — we will re-ship to the same or a new address. A flat re-shipping fee of ₹60–₹120 applies depending on your location.
- Refund — we will refund the product cost. Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable in cases of failed delivery due to customer unavailability or wrong address.
You have 7 days to respond to our re-delivery offer. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, a refund (minus original shipping) will be issued automatically.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. PureHarvest is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address entered by the customer.
If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@pureharvest.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we can update the address at no charge. Once dispatched, address changes are subject to carrier policies and may not be possible.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error made by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply as per Section 8.
10. Damaged in Transit
Despite our careful packaging, products can occasionally be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged package:
- Document everything — photograph the outer packaging (showing damage) and the product(s) inside before opening fully
- Report within 48 hours — email support@pureharvest.com with your order number and photographs
- Do not discard — keep the damaged packaging and product until we advise you otherwise; we may need it for a carrier damage claim
Upon verification, we will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. See our Refund Policy — Section 8 for full details.
We use food-grade, tamper-evident packaging and bubble wrap or foam inserts for fragile products. If you notice tamper evidence on delivery, please refuse the package and contact us immediately.
11. Lost Shipments
A shipment is considered lost if tracking shows no movement for 10 or more consecutive business days or if the carrier confirms it as lost.
In the event of a lost shipment:
- We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- We will offer you a full replacement or a full refund — your choice — without waiting for the carrier claim to be resolved
- We bear the cost of lost shipments entirely
If your tracking has been static for more than 5 business days, please reach out so we can investigate proactively before the 10-day threshold.
12. Public Holidays & Disruptions
Orders are not processed or dispatched on the following days:
- National public holidays (Republic Day, Independence Day, Gandhi Jayanti)
- Major regional holidays in Andhra Pradesh
- Sunday
During extended festive periods (Diwali week, Christmas/New Year week), logistics networks across India experience high load. Deliveries during these periods may take 1–3 additional business days beyond standard timelines. We will communicate known delays via the website and email.
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, civil disturbances, government-mandated lockdowns, or other force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Subscription Deliveries
Subscription orders are processed and dispatched on the same timeline as regular orders — within 1–2 business days of each billing cycle. Delivery timelines follow the same zone-based schedule in Section 5.
If you need to change your delivery address for a subscription, update it in your account dashboard at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Changes made after billing may apply from the following cycle.
Subscription deliveries will be made to the address saved on your account at the time of billing. It is your responsibility to keep your delivery address current.
If a subscription delivery is returned to us due to a failed delivery or address issue, we will follow the same process as Section 8 above. Redelivery charges apply for customer-caused failures.
14. International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available on our website. We are actively working to enable international orders and will announce availability through our newsletter and website.
