From your very first purchase. Your Roots balance is tracked to your phone number automatically — no account creation required at launch. Every order is logged and your tier updates as your lifetime spend grows.
After each order, you'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation showing your Roots earned and current balance. A customer account portal is coming — until then, reach out to us via WhatsApp or email at any time and we'll check your balance for you.
Roots are valid for 12 months from your last purchase. If you buy at least once a year, your balance stays intact. Nudge reminders are sent at 3, 6, and 9 months of inactivity so you never lose Roots by accident.
Yes — Roots can be applied to any product in the PureHarvest range. The only restriction is the 15% per-order cap and the 3-Root minimum balance rule, both of which protect your account over time.
Yes, both can be applied in the same checkout. The combined discount is capped at 25% of the order value — this ensures we can keep the programme running and continue rewarding you on every future purchase.
A Harvest Card is PureHarvest's gifting instrument — a stored-value card you can buy for someone you love. The recipient uses it at checkout like cash. The person who buys a Harvest Card earns Roots on the purchase. Harvest Cards are launching with our account system later this year.
Roots apply to product value only, not shipping. The good news: free shipping is included on all orders above ₹999, and from Sapling tier onwards you get free shipping on every order regardless of value.
