What to expect
in every spoon
Every batch carries the fingerprint of the Araku forest — wild, complex, and unlike anything from a grocery shelf.

About Crystallisation 🍯
If your honey crystallises, that is a sign of purity — not a defect. Raw honey naturally crystallises over time because it has not been heated or processed. Simply warm the jar in a bowl of warm water to restore the liquid texture. Never microwave.

What Sets It Apart
Not all honey is
the same
Most honey on store shelves is heated, blended from multiple countries, and filtered to a point where it's just flavoured sugar. Ours is the opposite.
Cold-Filtered Only
Heating kills natural enzymes and destroys beneficial compounds. We filter through cloth at ambient temperature — nothing more.
Forest, Not Farm
Wild bees forage across thousands of acres of untouched forest. No commercial hive could replicate the diversity of nectar they gather.
One Valley, One Batch
Every jar is traceable to a single harvest season from Araku Valley. No blending with honeys from other regions or countries.
Generations of Knowledge
Tribal families use rope-and-smoke techniques passed down through generations. The harvest respects both the bees and the forest.

Ways to Use It
Build your
daily ritual
Forest Honey is more than a sweetener. Here are three ways to bring it into your daily life.
01 · Morning
Warm Water Ritual
A teaspoon in warm water with a squeeze of lemon first thing in the morning. Gentle on an empty stomach, grounding before the day begins.
02 · At the Table
On Toast or in Chai
Drizzle generously over sourdough, stir into masala chai instead of sugar, or swirl through plain curd. The dark caramel notes deepen with warmth.
03 · Wellness
Soothing & Nourishing
Mixed with warm turmeric and ginger for a traditional immunity drink. Applied directly to dry skin or lips as an overnight treatment.
Why You'll Love It
Your body knows
the difference
Raw, unheated honey retains what commercial processing removes. Here is what stays intact in every jar.
Enzyme-Rich
Never heated, so natural enzymes like diastase and invertase remain fully active — something no heated honey can offer.
Prebiotic Support
Wild honey contains oligosaccharides that nourish beneficial gut bacteria — a gentle, daily contribution to digestive balance.
Natural Energy
Complex natural sugars from diverse forest nectar sources provide sustained energy without the spike-and-crash of refined alternatives.
Skin Nourishment
Rich in antioxidants and natural humectants. Consumed daily or applied topically — raw honey has been used for skin health for centuries.
"Some honeys are made.
Ours is remembered."
What makes it different
Forest Honey is harvested once a year from the wild bee colonies of the Araku Valley. The bees forage across thousands of acres of pristine, untouched forest — feeding on ancient trees, wildflowers, and medicinal herbs that no commercial farm can replicate.
The result is a honey that tastes of the forest itself — dark, complex, with notes of caramel and earth that linger long after the first taste.
How it reaches you
Tribal harvesters use traditional rope and smoke techniques passed down through generations. Honey is collected at dawn, cold-filtered through cotton cloth, and packed within 24 hours. No heating. No blending. No additives — ever.
Each batch is lab-tested for purity before leaving the valley. You can find the batch details for your jar in the card above.
From the Source
Born in the Sacred
Hills of Araku Valley
Nestled in the Eastern Ghats of Andhra Pradesh, Araku Valley sits between 900 and 1,100 metres above sea level. The air is cool, the forests are dense, and the biodiversity is extraordinary.
We work directly with tribal farming communities — building relationships, not supply chains. Every family receives fair compensation, and a portion of every sale supports forest conservation.

Verified PurchaseThis is not honey — it's an experience
I've been using this every morning in warm water for two months. The flavour is unlike anything from a supermarket. Dark, rich, complex. You can taste that it's from a real forest.

Verified PurchaseIt crystallised — I was worried, then I read the FAQ
Mine crystallised after three weeks and I panicked. Then I read about it being a purity sign. Warmed it up and it was perfect. Wish they'd include a note inside the jar.

I've tried many honeys, but this one is on another level. The depth of flavor is incredible — you can really taste the forest. It's worth every penny.
Questions & Answers
You might still
be wondering…
Crystallisation is a natural and positive sign of raw, unprocessed honey. It happens because raw honey retains its natural glucose content, which solidifies over time. Commercial honey is heated specifically to prevent this — a process that destroys enzymes and nutrients. To restore the liquid texture, place the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for 10–15 minutes. Never microwave.
Most honey sold in supermarkets is ultra-filtered and heated above 70°C, which destroys natural enzymes, pollen, and beneficial compounds. Many are also blended from honeys sourced across multiple countries. Our Forest Honey is never heated, never blended, and traceable to a single harvest season in Araku Valley.
Raw honey should not be given to children under 12 months due to the risk of infant botulism — this applies to all raw honey, not just ours. For children over one year and adults, raw honey is safe to consume. If you have specific health concerns, consult a paediatrician or doctor.
Honey has an indefinitely long shelf life when stored correctly. Keep the jar sealed, away from direct sunlight, and at room temperature. Avoid introducing water or food particles with a wet spoon, as this can cause fermentation. Our jars have a best-before date printed on the base, but properly stored raw honey can last for years.
Single origin means the honey comes from one specific geographic region — Araku Valley, Eastern Ghats — in a single harvest season. It is not blended with honey from other regions, farms, or countries. This is what gives each batch its distinct flavour profile and makes batch traceability possible.
Honey contains natural sugars and will affect blood glucose levels. If you have diabetes or are managing blood sugar, please consult your doctor before incorporating raw honey into your diet. We cannot provide medical advice, and this product is a food item, not a medicine.
